• Research diagnosis or treatment plans

• Monitor medication therapy

• Act as an intermediary between patient/family and health care team

• Always keep you informed through knowledge and intervention

• Provide many other interventions/services at your request

• Full documentation of all events, situations and interventions.

We work for you, NOT the hospital or the doctor or the insurance company. Fees are based on time involved and services provided, but the phone call is free!
